Bryan Flannery is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Foresight Security Consulting. His passion to keep people safe leads him to bring a holistic approach to security and safety, garnered over 22 years in the military, law enforcement, and as a consultant for state and federal government agencies, corporate clients, schools, and houses of worship.
Mr. Flannery’s unique approach is gained from vast experience in Risk Mitigation, Personal Safety, Security Vulnerability Assessments, and in developing Threat Assessment & Management systems. He has organized protective details and security strategies for judges, celebrities, and local and national political leaders. He is a dynamic speaker having presented to national audiences in Personal Safety and Security, Threat Assessment, and Targeted Violence detection and response.
Mr. Flannery is a fifteen year member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, and currently serves as President on the board of the NW Chapter. He is a recipient of both, the Oregon State Sheriff’s Association and Marion County Sheriff’sOffice, Medal of Valor.
Wilson Kenney, PhD
Wilson Kenney, PhD is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and certified Forensic Evaluator in Oregon with over a decade of experience evaluating, researching and treating patients with threatening behavior. He provides consultation to several school districts, regarding threat response for children with concerning behavior, and he authored a book on sexual threat assessment for schools.
Wilson's areas of specialization include personality disorder, threat assessment, dangerousness assessments, psychological assessment, and forensic assessment.
Seth Elliott is a consultant and trainer for Foresight. His broad range of expertise includes security and threat management as well as organizational health and leadership development. Seth is a trained mediator and crisis communication instructor. He is a certified protection specialist and graduate of Executive Security International’s advanced executive protection program, as well as a certified instructor in the Israeli hand to hand combat system, Krav Maga. He is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and contributing author to volumes one and two of Assessing Student Threats: A Handbook for Implementing the Salem Keizer System.
Seth was director of security in higher education for five years and a behavioral consultant for k-12 school districts for fourteen years. Seth has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration.He is dedicated to helping Foresight clients build safe, high functioning, and sustainable Security and Safety Programs.
